1993年8月  在北京西单五金交电商场设立第一家BP机专柜。
1993 August, Set up the first BP machine cabinet in the west part of Beijing, a place called Xidan.

1997年8月  在北京的零售网点发展到16个，市场占有率名列前茅。
1997 August, Expanded retail stores to a total of 16. Company already seen as having a large market share.

1998年10月  在成都、重庆、贵阳设立分支机构。
1998 October, set up a branch office in Chengdu, Chongqin and Guiyang.

1999年2月  投资成立迪信创通科技有限公司，进入软件开发及系统集成等高科技领域。
1999 February, set up DiXinChuangTong Technical Ltd and entered into the business of software development and system integration.

1999年8月  在山西太原和河北省内主要城市设立营业网点。
1999 August, open stores in the main cities of Shanxi,Taiyuan and Hebei Province.

2000年2月  成立迪信通客服中心。

2000年12月  进驻上海友谊南方商城，业内首次导入“大卖场”经营模式。

2002年3月  北京、广州、成都等地售后服务机构获得TCL、厦新授权，成为旗舰维修中心。

2002年4月  长沙、武汉、广州大卖场模式的手机城相继开业。

2002年6月  与TCL达成战略联盟，签订TCL8688手机全国包销协议。
